CONCEPT BOARD 3
This space is highshine, luxe glam with a maximialist style. Instead of one long console I broke it up into to items, a console and a sidebar in mirrored finishes.
The console is approx 47” wide and 32” high. If you like the look of your own console it could work instead of purchasing a new one, if the dimensions are similar. The sidebar is approx 55” wide and approx 31” high. The key to this following is that both items are the same height(or very close) It allows the eye to flow over both as if they were one unit even though it’s two. Space them apart so they are neighboring and not connected to each other. They are two seperate units. The decor is similar in tone, high shine and hue but they are not exact matching items. This gives visual interest becuase everything is different but not competing. This also gives you freedom to find alternative items in similar styles or later change out items.
The exception is the lamps and wallart. Having them as natching pairs gives balance. And allows the eye to focus on the accessories.
If there is space under your console blue ottomans is a good way to bring in some blue elements.
The table lamps are appox 27” high, the vase is approx 24” high. This gives height to the decor. Everything isn’t just at one low level. On the sidebar I placed the hands flower vase ontop of the decorative box this gives it some height to balance the lamp.
The chandliers are approx 13” wide. They are not grandiose. If you would like me to source another chandelier, just let me know
This is the area across from your blue wall, next to the stairs. This wall is very subtle it blends with concept, but it does not compete with the vibrancy of the main wall. This vase is approx 24” high and adding faux tulips or other tall flowers will give more height
