Designer Tip: How this console table is styled. Color palette Gold Blue Fuschia and White. Styling a console table that makes a stylish statement and is functional within your space can be easier said than done. That’s why I evjoy creating predesigned rooms and spaces to show you how it can be done. Your console should keep with the flow and style of your space. Pull from colors within the space and use this as an opportunity to add a small amount of accent colors or unexpected items.
Lighting on both sides of the table create symetry and height
Oversized artwork creates a focal point and pulls all the colors together. The bottom of your artwork should be 6’-10’ above the top of console table.
Add a beautiful mirrored box for height and a sit a decorative object and/or flowers. Flowers are a great way to add that unexpected pop of color.
Create balance and visual interest underneth the table, by adding two ottmans. Make sure your ottomans are tall enough that they leave only a small space between them and the top of the console. Just like in the picture.
I addedd a unique vase at the end next to the lamp. This helps to balance the height of the flowers at the other end of the console.
When pulling everything together keep in mind color, symetry and scale so that everything looks purposefule and balanced.
