Hi Tonya,
Below you will find 3 images with vanities in blue, grey and white. This will give you an idea of how the color may look in the your space. Below the 3 images you will find some vanity suggestions with links.
The vanity space without the laundry shoot is 5’-7” (67”) per the measurements you sent. This will leave more space between the vanity and the bathtub. A larger size table to set a plant, candles and books on will look nice in this space.
The vanities are cabinets only, allowing for custom vanity top and the square sinks you mentioned you would like. This bathroom design I used white stone for the vanity top.
These vanities have hardware included, can be changed out for oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Silver fixtures is also an alternative if you chose to go with the included hardware.
In the white vanity concept I designed a blue cabinet on top of the vanity. This brings in some of the blue tones from the tiles in the shower area.

Many items can be substituted with items you may find locally. When shopping locally please consider the scale, sheen, hue, and weight of each item as you are shopping.

Vanity Cabinet- all drawers with laundry shoot attached- this would be a custom vanity. A recommended color sample is Sherwin Williams Mineral Gray.(This is a starting paint for color matching with tiles) I recommend ordering a color sample (conceptual design shows high gloss) on actual cabinetry piece along with tile samples. Pair them together in your bathroom space under natural light and artificial lighting) before purchasing actual items.
